Our Story

My name is Pat Murray and I’m the owner and operator of Murray’s Modernized Furnishings LLC. In early 2023, I found myself uninspired and burnt-out working in a career as a hospitality general manager. I had worked as a painter for a number of years in the past and looked back at those times fondly. I always enjoyed working with my hands and relished creating beautiful décor for my family to elevate our home, and had been doing so as a hobby for a few years. I reached point where I became willing to risk it all to finally do something that was meaningful to me and thus Murray’s Modernized Furnishings was born in July of 2023! I wanted to create a company where we could offer the finest services for people in the community, give our customers the highest tier of care and personalized service, to take care of our employees while treating them with dignity and respect, and to have fun while we’re doing it! . My family and I have been blessed with overwhelming support from our community and we have been able to consistently grow since our induction. We are excited to advance as a company and continue modernizing and transforming Yavapai County one home at a time!
