1. Protection and Disassembly

We start by protecting your home with heavy-duty floor coverings and setting up plastic containment zones and ventilation systems.

Doors and drawers are carefully removed and transported to our professional off-site finishing shop to minimize disruption to your space.

At the end of each workday, we unmask appliances if needed for your convenience

2. Deep Cleaning and Surface Repairs

All cabinet surfaces are deep cleaned and degreased to eliminate oils, grime, and contaminants.

We also repair major surface defects before we begin sanding and priming — ensuring a flawless foundation for a new finish.

3. Scuff Sanding and Masking

We thoroughly scuff sand every surface to create a strong mechanical bond for coatings.

Comprehensive masking protects all walls, floors, and fixtures to maintain a clean, contained workspace.

4. High-Performance Isolating and Priming

For all of our projects, our first coating is a professional 2K sealer/isolator. This is our safe guard step. It ensures maximum adhesion, stain blocking, and creates a durable barrier between the substrate and the subsequent coatings.

The cabinets are then primed with high-build 2K primer to create a perfect, even base.

Remaining minor imperfections are filled using automotive grade glazing/filling techniques, followed by a second primer coat for a sleek landing pad to prepare for our finish.

5. Fine Sanding Between Coats

After priming, we lightly scuff sand all surfaces again to ensure maximum adhesion for our topcoat and an ultra-smooth final finish.

6. 2K Topcoat Application

We apply 1–2 coats of premium Italian 2K polyurethane topcoat (Icro and Renner brands) for a stunning, durable, factory-grade finish.

Our HVLP and airless spray systems deliver precisely atomized coatings ensuring a glassy finish- no brush marks or roller texture ever.

7. Doors and Drawers — Off-Site Finishing

Doors and drawers are refinished off-site in our controlled spray environment using the same detailed process.

This off-site method ensures consistent quality while keeping your home clean and functional during the project.

8. Final Touches and Cleanup

After topcoating, we handle any final touch-ups.

We reassemble your cabinetry with precision, clean the workspace thoroughly (including vacuuming and mopping), and leave your kitchen or bathroom spotless — and stunning.
